Shane Daugherty

Shane Daugherty has extensive experience in technical services and support, currently serving as Manager of the Technical Services Specialist Team at BitTitan since February 2016, where responsibilities include providing email and phone support, managing data migrations, and creating customer documentation. Prior roles include Exchange Runstate Engineer and Tier 3 Microsoft Exchange Engineer at Xtreme Consulting Group, providing 24/7 support for Microsoft Exchange environments and managing incident resolution. Additional experience encompasses network administration at Seattle Central Community College, offshore diver operations during the BP Oil spill, and robotics operation at Flexell. Shane holds an AAS in Network Administration and Design from Seattle Central College and has undergone specialized training in aviation electronics and network design.
