Amanda Silcock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and services. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Client Success at Blackhawk Network since January 2014, Amanda has successfully led a multi-million-pound Client Success function, achieving market-leading client satisfaction scores, year-over-year growth, and a remarkable 99% retention rate. Previously, Amanda held roles as Client Director and Director of Programmes at Grass Roots and as a Programme Manager at Ericsson. In addition to corporate roles, Amanda contributes to the charitable sector as a Trustee and Wish Maker for the charity Molly Ollys, dedicated to supporting children with life-threatening or limiting illnesses.
