Meagan Shaver

Meagan Shaver is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate, compliance, and data privacy law, currently serving as Senior Counsel, Corporate & Compliance at BlackLine since September 2016. At BlackLine, a multinational SaaS provider, Meagan has advised on global data privacy compliance and managed various customer agreements, while developing privacy policies and internal procedures. Prior roles include Corporate, Commercial & Privacy Counsel at Lucas Group and General Counsel at RampRate, where Meagan focused on data privacy legislation. Meagan holds a J.D. in Business Law from Whittier Law School and has a diverse background, including instructional roles in cheerleading and gymnastics. Meagan received BlackLine's 2018 Circle of Excellence award for outstanding performance.
