Tim Wong

Tim Wong is a seasoned investment professional with nearly two decades of experience in portfolio management. Currently serving as Lead Portfolio Manager at BlackRock since September 2014, Tim co-heads the Portfolio Management for Alternative Solutions and oversees $4 billion in income-focused multi-alternatives portfolios, achieving consistent outperformance and resilience. Prior to BlackRock, Tim held positions as Portfolio Manager at Voyage Capital and AQR Capital Management, where Tim focused on macro volatility and multi-asset strategies, respectively. Tim began a career in finance at Lehman Brothers as an Associate in Repo and Quant Research. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stony Brook University.
