Kristin Johnston

Kristin Johnston is a Managing Director in the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis group and is involved with management reporting, financial planning, budgeting, and earnings preparation. Previously, Ms. Johnston was in various strategic and financial roles with the firm including positions with the Strategic Incentives, Business Development, Private Equity valuations and Corporate Finance groups. She was involved with various strategic planning projects including the firm’s initial public offering, bond issuances, spin-off of PJT Partners and the conversion to a C-Corp.

Ms. Johnston received a BBA in International Business and Finance from James Madison University with distinction and has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. She is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of New York. Ms. Johnston is on the Blackstone Charitable Foundation Leadership Council, the Finance Women’s Network Steering Committee and Finance Integration and Training Committee.
