Stacey Tsang

Stacey Tsang currently serves as the Head of Talent Management at Blackstone, starting in April 2024. Previously, Stacey held various senior roles at Bank of America from April 2018 to April 2024, including Global Talent Executive and SVP positions across Talent and Leadership Development for Global Markets and Global Research. At DDB, from May 2015 to April 2018, Stacey led the global employee engagement survey as Senior Talent Manager. Prior experience includes roles at CLSA as Algorithmic Trader and Trade Cost Analyst, as well as Business Analyst. Stacey co-founded the Radial Bat Institute, serving as Director of Corporate Development from 2007 to 2010. Earlier in the career, Stacey was a Senior Consultant at Navigant Consulting, Inc. and has a Certificate in Leadership and Organizational Development from New York University.
