Sara Pryor

Sara Pryor is an accomplished Chief People Officer with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development across various prominent companies. Currently serving at Blend since January 2025, Sara previously held the same title at Rebellion Defense from September 2022 to January 2025, where leadership included establishing a performance management process for a Series B Unicorn startup. Prior roles at Amazon Web Services encompassed talent acquisition and HR site development, alongside significant contributions at Amazon in Italy and Spain, focusing on HR strategy and talent management. Initially beginning in the consulting field with Accenture and Sun Microsystems, Sara has consistently demonstrated a commitment to enhancing workforce effectiveness and fostering organizational culture throughout a diverse career in human resources.
