Osnat Furhang

Osnat Furhang currently serves as the VP of Human Resources at Blink Ops, having previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Rubrik, where Osnat aligned HR strategies with the company's objectives. Prior to Rubrik, Osnat was the Head of Global Human Resources at Laminar, contributing to strategic decision-making and organizational culture. Osnat's extensive experience includes leading the People Ops Analysis and HRIS Branch at the Weizmann Institute of Science, serving as VP of Human Resources & Operations at ROI Management Consulting, and consulting roles at Bank Leumi and Tefen. Osnat began a career in human resources as a Project Manager at Motorola. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration and Management and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
