Prior to this role, Jagan held various positions at TravelPlus from September 2017 to September 2021, including City Head and Senior Territory Lead. Earlier experience includes multiple managerial roles at Info Edge India Ltd from June 2013 to July 2017, where Jagan progressed from Senior Executive to Area Manager. Jagan holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Human Resources from Pondicherry University (2011-2013) and a B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (2006-2010).
