Maud van den Tillaart has extensive experience in people operations and management, currently serving as People Experience Lead at bloomon since August 2017, with prior roles including Senior People Experience Manager, Office & Happiness Manager, Junior People Operations & Office Management, and HR & Recruitment Trainee. Maud gained early experience as a Human Resource Trainee at the foundation soul surf project Bali, an NGO focused on supporting underprivileged youth and marine conservation. Maud holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Facilities Planning and Management from Zuyd Hogeschool, earned in 2018.
