Troy Streeter

Troy Streeter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and systems engineering. Currently serving as Lead Developer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since October 1993, Troy has honed expertise in technical leadership and project execution. Prior to this role, Troy worked as a Systems Engineer at EDS Group from May 1988 to November 1993. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Kansas, obtained between 1981 and 1985.
