Cecilia Flores-Rodríguez, PhD, currently serves as Senior Program Manager for Provider Performance and Equity at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. As co-owner of Coco Verde Vegan, a venture inspired by a commitment to healthy lifestyles and cultural flavors, Cecilia focuses on addressing health disparities in Black and Latino communities. Previous roles include Program Manager for Black Women First-HRSA at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Consultant at JSI | John Snow, Inc. specializing in racial health equity, and various positions at Tufts University and Southern Jamaica Plain Health Center, where Cecilia managed community health programs and supported health promotion initiatives. Cecilia holds a PhD in Public Health from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, and also possesses a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies, both from Tufts University.
