Prior to joining Blue Cross Blue Shield, Jay McQuaide worked as a journalist at WBZ Radio & Television from 1992 to 2005. Jay McQuaide holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
