Daren Lo Piccolo

Daren Lo Piccolo is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as Manager of HR Integrations & Project Management at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since August 2014, Daren focuses on enhancing employee experiences through effective integration of HR services. Previously, Daren held roles as Manager of HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions and Human Resources Director at Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union, overseeing talent management, employee relations, and HR operations. Earlier experiences include strategic HR consultation at Cengage Learning and HR roles at Citigroup, where Daren contributed to critical staffing and organizational development initiatives. Daren holds a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal and Public Communications from Central Michigan University.
