Subrat Patra

Subrat Patra is an experienced HR professional with a focus on strategic HR projects and organizational change initiatives. Currently serving as the Manager, HR Business Partner - Tech at Dream11 since December 2020, Subrat leads various initiatives that enhance the employee life cycle and has contributed to Dream Sports being recognized in the Wall of Fame for the GPTW survey trust index. Previous roles include Lead HR Business Partner at ACS Solutions, where Subrat addressed workforce development and employee engagement, and Assistant Manager, HR at mroads, focusing on full-cycle recruiting and onboarding. Subrat's educational background includes an MBA in HR & Marketing from KIIT School of Management and a B.Tech in EIE from the National Institute of Science and Technology, complemented by additional training at AIHR.
