Dell Dexter

Dell Dexter has extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since March 2008. In this role, Dell has focused on enhancing cultural awareness among Operations leaders and employees, as well as identifying community involvement opportunities to foster employee engagement. Previous positions held include Director of Culture & Business Performance, Director of Employee Initiatives & Inclusion, and various roles within the Office of Diversity & Inclusion and Blue Care Network. Dell’s career in the field began in 2004 and includes a strong emphasis on management and program development in diversity and inclusion initiatives.
