Melissa McDonald

Melissa McDonald currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at UCHealth, a position held since January 2017, where responsibilities include partnering with the Chief Diversity Officer to implement DEI strategies, utilizing organizational data to foster impactful programs, and promoting continuous learning to enhance UCHealth’s mission of improving lives. Prior to this role, Melissa worked in several capacities at IBMC College from June 2007 to January 2017, culminating as the Regional Director of Student and Career Services, where a strong track record in achieving high employment rates and optimizing career services was established. Education includes a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Management from Regis University and a BA in Communication in the Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, along with additional studies at Harvard University.
