Judith Underwood

Judith Underwood is a seasoned leader in the BlueTech and CleanTech sectors, currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Blue Innovation Labs since November 2017. Underwood is actively involved in multiple organizations, including the Ocean Opportunity Lab as part of the Female Founders & Owners Collective and the BLUE Incubator, where responsibilities include curating new cohorts. As the Founder and President of the Blue Institute, Judith has contributed significantly to advancing environmental technology programs and initiatives, including the successful BLUE Excelerator Program. Additionally, Judith serves as an elected Commissioner for Water & Wastewater and a Trustee for the Affordable Housing Trust in Harwich. Judith's extensive experience includes strategic partnerships at Maroon Invest Global and previous roles in academia as an adjunct professor and program director. Educational credentials include advanced degrees from New York University and UMass Boston, focusing on International Relations and Political Science.
