Allen Giles is a seasoned professional in the construction management industry, currently serving as a Project Manager and Senior Construction Manager at Blue Heron since July 2017. With prior experience as a Project Manager at Toll Brothers, where a completed model received a Nevada Silver Nugget Award, and as General Manager at Southwestern Custom Construction overseeing the Las Vegas office, Allen has a proven track record of fostering client relationships and ensuring project completion. Previous roles include managing significant projects at Lennar, Scott Nuttal Construction, and Fastenal, where Allen demonstrated expertise in budget management, contract negotiations, and sales growth. Allen holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine from Brigham Young University.
