Vannessa Reyes currently serves as Operations Manager at Blue Matter since May 2025, having previously held roles as Sr. Executive Assistant and NY Office Manager at EcoVadis and Small Business Owner at Vannessa Reyes Coaching LLC. With extensive experience in executive support, Vannessa has managed complex schedules, resolved scheduling conflicts, and provided proactive administrative assistance to senior leaders across multiple organizations, including Peloton Therapeutics and Citrix. Vannessa has successfully guided over 50 women-owned small businesses in developing personal brands while also contributing to the operational management of several offices throughout a diverse career, initiated with an education in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Phoenix.
