Esdras Araujo

Esdras Araujo, LSSBB, MSIE, currently serves as the Sr. Supply Chain Improvement Project Manager at Blue Origin, a role initiated in December 2023. Previously, Esdras held the position of Senior Lean Consultant at Embraer from August 2019 to November 2023, facilitating Lean training and supporting strategic projects across various departments. Esdras's experience includes collaboration with the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, as a Liaison for Lean Executive Educational Programs and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, managing numerous partnerships and delivering significant value in educational training programs. Esdras has also served as a Continuous Improvement Engineer for multiple organizations, including DENSO and East Tennessee Children's Hospital, enhancing operational efficiency through Lean principles. Early career experiences include roles as a Business Analyst at Energisa and Supply Chain Analyst at Alpargatas S.A., focusing on process improvement and inventory management. Esdras holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal da Paraíba.
