Joe Burnett

Joe Burnett, P.E., currently serves as the Director - PMO/IPT Lead at Blue Origin since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems from October 2017 to January 2023, where responsibilities encompassed business development and program management for advanced programs. Joe also held positions at Aerojet Rocketdyne from March 2013 to October 2017, leading the Hydrocarbon Boost Technology Demonstrator rocket engine program, and earlier worked at Space Systems Loral as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, specializing in antenna subsystems. Additional experience includes a role as a Composite Structures Design Engineer at Aerojet and as a Propagator at The Front Yard Nursery. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.
