Keithe Baggett Eaton

Keith Baggett Eaton is an accomplished aerospace engineer with extensive experience in systems engineering and a strong background in launch operations and vehicle development. Currently serving as the New Shepard Launch Operations Lead Systems Engineer and Test & Launch Facilities Sr. Systems Engineer at Blue Origin, Keith has contributed to the design and support of hydraulic systems for NASA’s Test Stand 4670. Prior roles include Senior Systems Engineer at Firefly Aerospace, where Keith was involved in the Alpha launch vehicle development, and Systems Integration/Owner at Zero Point Frontiers Corp., which emphasized innovative problem-solving. Additional experience includes technical and instructional roles at various organizations, such as EngeniusMicro, Orion Propulsion, and Boston University College of Engineering. Keith holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
