Dakota Wilburn

Dakota Wilburn is a GIS Analyst currently employed at Blue Raster since July 2023, previously serving in the same role at the City of Casa Grande from October 2022 to July 2023. At the City of Casa Grande, Dakota developed and implemented Python scripts to automate data processes and successfully managed the city's ArcGIS Enterprise installation, enhancing data accuracy and system performance. Prior experience includes a Research Aide position at ASU Decision Theater Network, where Dakota conducted research related to public policy and urban planning, and a Data Visualization Intern role at the Oregon Department of Energy, focusing on interactive visualizations of energy data. Additional background includes participating as a Director's Action Team Member at Pat Tillman Veterans Center and serving as a Sentinel in the US Army from October 2012 to April 2017. Dakota holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning from Arizona State University.
