Josh Cowley, Ed. With extensive experience in supply chain management, Josh previously held various leadership roles at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions, including Senior Director of Customer Logistics and Group Logistics Manager II, where significant operational improvements and team development were established. Josh's career also includes a role as Director of Operations & Business Development at Black Horse Carriers, Inc., and a Senior Logistics Manager position at Ryder. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne and a Master's in Human Resource & Organizational Development from Azusa Pacific University, alongside multiple managerial positions spanning over two decades in logistics and operations.
