Currently serving as the Director of Care Management and Population Health Management at Blue Shield of California, Juanita has previously held key leadership roles, such as System Executive Director of Case/Care Management and CDI in the Population Health Department/Nursing at Presbyterian Healthcare Services and Central Region Director of Care Coordination at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.
