Kaitlin Korona

Kaitlin Korona, MHA, BSN, RN, CCM, currently serves as Senior Manager of Case Management Nurse Management at Blue Shield of California, where oversight of a team of Registered Nurse case managers focuses on supporting Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) members. Previously, Kaitlin held multiple leadership roles within Blue Shield of California Promise Health Plan, enhancing care for individuals with complex health conditions. As the founder of Hela Coaching, expertise in health coaching was combined with nursing knowledge to assist clients in achieving health goals. Earlier experiences include leading a team at Skin Laundry, managing palliative cases at CareChoices Hospice, and contributing to nursing education and patient care at Hoag Hospital and Sunrise Senior Living. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor's in Nursing from UCLA and a Master's degree in Health Administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus, along with certifications in integrative medicine and Reiki.
