Robbie Sims

Robbie Sims is an experienced accounting professional with a notable career in internal audit and financial risk management. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Audit Executive at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since August 2005, Robbie has progressively advanced through roles including Director, Senior Manager, and Manager of Internal Audit. Prior experience includes work as a Senior Financial Risk Consultant at Unum and as an Assistant Controller / Tax Accountant at Vincit Enterprises, LLC. Earlier in the career, Robbie held a position as a Staff Accountant at MDA Professional Group, P.C. Robbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Jacksonville State University, where studies took place from 1994 to 1996.
