Britney Carlson

Britney is the Director of People Operations, where she is responsible for creating programs that help support and develop BlueLabs’ amazing people. She has worked in People and Talent Acquisition capacities and roles across a number of different industries and for companies including the Seattle Mariners, Nordstrom, AvantStay, and Girlfriend Collective (to name a few). Britney is passionate about creating psychologically safe environments where people feel seen, heard, and respected.

Britney was born and raised in Seattle, WA, and first attended Seattle University for her undergraduate studies (where she played on the Division 1 women’s soccer team), and then transferred to the University of Washington where she graduated with a major in Political Science and double minors in Communications and Law, Societies, and Justice. She then went back to Seattle University and received her Master in Sports Administration & Leadership. Britney has lived in Los Angeles since 2019.
