Adam Carr

Adam Carr has held key engineering roles across several leading technology companies. Most recently, Adam served as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Engineering at BlueOcean AI from August 2024 to February 2025. Prior experience includes Engineering Leader at Outreach, where responsibilities included managing the onboarding of newly acquired teams from May 2020 to February 2024, and Engineering Manager at Facebook, where Adam led a distributed team focused on machine learning model management from January 2019 to May 2020. Previous positions also include Senior Software Engineer at Netflix, contributing to the browser player team, and Principal Software Engineer at Microsoft, working on client modularity and integrations for Microsoft Teams. Adam holds a B.S.E. in Engineering Management from Purdue University, completed in January 2004.
