Amy Reininger has a diverse work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Amy started their career at General Electric in their Human Resources Leadership Program. Amy then worked at Coors Brewing Company as a Human Resources Manager, followed by a role as Director of Human Resources at KB Home. Amy later joined Halliburton as a Human Resources Supervisor. Amy continued to advance in their career, becoming a Director of Employee and Labor Relations at Black Hills Corporation. Amy also held the position of Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Summit Utilities, Inc. and Peak Utility Services Group. Prior to their current role as Chief People Officer at Bluepeak, they served as Vice President of Human Resources at Full Circle Fiber Partners.

Amy Reininger has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Iowa State University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Amy then pursued a Master's degree in Labor/Industrial Relations at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1996 to 1997. In 2013, they attended Cornell University and completed a Collective Bargaining Certification, specializing in Collective Bargaining, in 2014.
