Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Bluepoint Leadership Development (Asia) Pte Ltd since 2006, Weng Jun Ng has been instrumental in providing innovative training solutions across various regions, including the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Previously, Weng Jun Ng held the role of General Manager at the Centre for Effective Leadership (Shanghai) Pte Ltd from 2001 to 2004, overseeing exclusive partnerships with renowned skill development organizations. Weng Jun Ng began career as a Senior Consultant at PA Consulting Group in 1994 and worked as Consultant & Regional Training Manager (Asia) at Alexander Proudfoot PLC from 1989 to 1994. Weng Jun Ng holds a degree from the National University of Singapore, obtained between 1982 and 1985.
