Stephanie Norcross

Stephanie Norcross is a seasoned professional in account management and business banking, currently serving as a Senior Account Relationship Manager at BlueSnap since March 2020. At BlueSnap, a global payment technology company, Stephanie specializes in enhancing sales and reducing costs for B2B and B2C clients through an innovative All-in-one Payment Platform. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of AVP Business Banking Relationship Manager at Citizens Bank from July 2019 to March 2020 and spent over a decade at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in various leadership roles, including VP Corporate Relationship Manager and Strategic National Account Manager. Stephanie is an alumnus of the University of Southern New Hampshire.
