Prior to this role, Mickey served as a property manager at The Continental Group from January 2009 to December 2013, holding a license as a Community Association Manager (LCAM). Mickey's career began at Compson Associates Inc. as an assistant field superintendent from October 2004 to December 2008 and includes a decade at Motorola as a journeyman electrician from October 1994 to October 2004.
