David Hopkins

David Hopkins is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in compensation and strategic HR consultancy. Currently serving as the Senior Reward and Programmes Manager at BMJ since February 2022, David previously held the position of Compensation Manager at John Lewis Partnership from December 2011 to January 2022, where responsibilities included internal and external pay analysis and strategic pay decisions. Prior to that, from 2003 to November 2011, David was the Head of Strategic Research Services at Reed Consulting, overseeing HR consultancy projects focused on research and analysis. David holds a Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of West London and a BA Hons in English Literature from the University of Nottingham.
