Sue Wooles

Sue Wooles is an accomplished taxation professional with extensive experience in the financial and legal sectors. Since January 2019, Sue has served as Vice President of Taxation at BMO Financial Group. Prior to this role, Sue held various positions at Bank of Montreal from August 2013 to December 2018, including Managing Director of Tax Planning & Advisory and Director of International Tax and Transfer Pricing. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, and White & Case between 2000 and 2013. Sue holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from New York University, a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Queen's University, and a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Toronto.
