Tyler Licata is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently employed at BNBuilders since December 2020, Tyler has managed the Kirkland Urban South project and previously served as a senior project engineer for the Kirkland Urban campus expansion and tenant improvements. Prior experience includes roles at Swinerton, where Tyler contributed to notable projects such as the Muckleshoot Event Center and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport renovations. Tyler also worked for the Spanish Ministry of Education as an ESL assistant and has held various estimator positions with firms like Swinerton Builders and Pavilion Construction. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and Urban Design/Planning from the University of Washington, as well as an Associate's degree in Environmental Science from Cascadia College.
