Louise Riel Leonardo

Louise Riel Leonardo has extensive experience in financial management and performance analysis, currently serving as Nordic Head of Performance Management | FP&A / OPEX at BNP Paribas Personal Finance since August 2021. Previous roles include Group Controller at ECIT AS and Manager of Accounting & Cost Controlling at Express Bank, where responsibilities involved managing teams, OPEX monitoring, budget planning, and financial reporting to senior management. Additional experience includes significant positions in various companies, such as a Senior Controller with a focus on business and financial controlling, and a Business Controller at Eniro Danmark A/S. Louise began a career in education, teaching mathematics and physical education, before transitioning to finance, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management and Process Management from Copenhagen Business School.
