Pablo Viera M. is an experienced cybersecurity and IT risk professional currently serving as the Head of Cybersecurity & IT Risk SSC at BNP Paribas Personal Finance since October 2020. With a career spanning over two decades, Viera has held significant roles at BNP Paribas Cardif, including Chief Security Officer for IT risk and governance, Deputy Corporate CISO overseeing information security across ASIA, LATAM, and EUROPE, and Deputy Head of Global Security for LATAM, responsible for information and physical security and business continuity management. Prior to this, Viera was the IT Infrastructure & Security Manager and Senior Information Technology Engineer at Cámara Argentina de Comercio y Servicios. Viera holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires.
