Crystal Van Nostrand is a seasoned compliance and audit professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Compliance Audit at BNP Paribas since July 2019, Crystal has held key roles at prominent institutions including Deutsche Bank as Vice President and Principal Audit Manager, HSBC as Vice President and Senior Audit Manager, and Rabobank as Assistant Vice President and Senior Auditor. Previous positions also include roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Gruss & Co., along with an early career at EY as an Audit Associate.
