Hemanth Dhavala

Hemanth Dhavala is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Director of Identity and Access Management at BNY since July 2025. Prior to this role, Hemanth held the position of Director of Cyber Security - IAM at GE Healthcare from October 2022 to June 2025, where significant accomplishments included building GEHC's IAM environment to support 85,000 users and 2,000 applications, and deploying key IAM solutions such as PingOne and Saviynt SaaS. Hemanth also served as the Director of Identity and Access Management at Prudential Financial for eight years, focusing on modernizing legacy systems and implementing Zero Trust principles. Previous positions include Information Security Manager at Coach and Information Security Lead at BMW of North America, along with experience as a security consultant at Sena Systems.
