Becca Pace

Becca Pace is an experienced professional in strategy, operations, and international partnerships, currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Operations at Boardy since April 2025, where the focus is on developing an AI-powered connector for founders. Previously, Becca held the position of Head of Solutions & Implementations at Ten Thousand Coffees, overseeing product solutions and customer implementations, while also leading customer discovery initiatives. As the Head of Global Partnerships at Boma Global, Becca expanded operations to eight countries by recruiting delivery partners and managing various operational processes. Becca also directed international expansion at Singularity University, establishing global education hubs in eleven countries and creating a successful licensing business model. Early career experiences include roles with TED Conferences and Pangea Day, where Becca contributed to the development of the TEDx program and managed an international team for a global event. Becca Pace holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a minor in Economics from Carleton University.
