Caroline Kesselem

Caroline Kesselem is a seasoned professional in product development with significant experience in the food industry. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist and Manager for Product Development at Beachbody since April 2021, Kesselem leads the Brand Maintenance team, enhancing project processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior to this role, Kesselem worked at The Kraft Heinz Company for nearly five years in various capacities, including Senior Scientist for the Food Service Canada unit, where responsibilities encompassed launching new products and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Kesselem's early career includes roles at Cornell University as a Pilot Plant Assistant, internships at Kraft Foods Group, and research in sustainable packaging at Ecovative Design. Kesselem holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Cornell University.
