Jason Marvin serves as Principal in Charge of Transportation and Logistics at BGM since December 1999, specializing in compliance auditing for family-owned and closely-held businesses, including both for-profit and non-profit organizations. In addition to tax compliance, estate tax planning, and income tax planning, Jason also engages in management consulting activities. Concurrently, Jason has been a Principal at Assurance Consulting 3, LLC (AC3) since December 2009, focusing on internal audit, risk, compliance, information technology, and accounting operations, providing innovative solutions to business challenges. Jason holds an MBA in Accounting from St. Cloud State University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
