Bert Thomas is Senior Vice President and manages BHI’s Traffic & Transportation group. His duties include contract administration as well as project management and engineering design on transportation-related projects. He has extensive experience in civil engineering and focuses his efforts on transportation planning, highway design, and traffic engineering. Prior to managing the Traffic & Transportation group, Mr. Thomas served as a design engineer for civil site design, utility, and drainage projects.
