Dr. Arnd Szelagowski

Dr. Arnd Szelagowski currently serves as Senior Vice President Global Synergy at MULTIVAC Gruppe, a role focused on integrating various technical and administrative functions across all business units. Prior to this position, Dr. Szelagowski held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Vice President Global R&D at Körber Supply Chain and Leiter zentrale Grundlagenentwicklung und IP at Körber. Additional experience includes serving as CTO of Business Unit Product Solutions at TRUMPF Laser- & Systemtechnik GmbH, Director of R&D Additive Manufacturing at TRUMPF Maschinen AG, and several positions at TRUMPF including Leiter Forschung & Entwicklung and Leiter Marketing. Dr. Szelagowski earned a Diplom-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from Technischen Universität Carolo-Wilhelmina zu Braunschweig and a Dr.-Ing. in Nonvakuum-Elektronenstrahlschweißtechnik from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
