David Payne is currently serving as the Director at The AMS Group and Circle Partners since January 2013. Prior to this, David held the position of Global Head of Governance at Bolder Group since February 2004. David also worked as a Lawyer at Banco Venezolano de Credito S.A.C.A. from February 1997 to December 2001, where David was involved in corporate and trust department legal matters.
