Donal O'Sullivan

Donal O'Sullivan is a seasoned professional in product innovation and solution delivery, currently serving as the Head of Product Innovation at Boldyn Networks since June 2023. In this role, expertise includes product development, network solution architecture, and collaboration on R&D projects such as offshore and port 5G private networks, while also leading trials in ORAN and VRAN technologies. Prior to this, Donal held multiple key positions at Vilicom over 17 years, including Head of Solution Innovation, where responsibilities encompassed managing a solutions engineering team and delivering significant mobile service projects. Experience spans roles as Radio Performance Engineer at Netshare Ireland and as Radio Engineer at Vodafone Ireland, with foundational training at Kostal Ireland GmbH. Donal holds a Master's degree in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Design from University College Dublin and is pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Climate Entrepreneurship from Trinity College Dublin.
