Matthew Lister

Matthew Lister is currently an Associate Professor of Law at Bond University Faculty of Law since June 2022 and has held a Visiting Assistant Professor position at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, since August 2014. Lister served as a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) at Deakin University from June 2017 to June 2022 and has held various visiting assistant professor roles at the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law and Villanova University School of Law. Additional experience includes a law clerk position at the U.S. Court of International Trade and participation as a Fellow in seminars on international trade. Lister holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and English from Boise State University.
