Norman Reepschläger

Norman Reepschläger is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in developing and executing marketing and growth strategies across various industries. Currently serving as VP Marketing & Growth at bonify Germany since May 2025, Reepschläger has held leadership roles including Head of Marketing & Growth at Timeless Investments and Head of Marketing & Growth DACH at Bitpanda. Prior to these positions, Reepschläger worked at Axel Springer SE, managing brand and audio strategies, and held roles at WunderAgent GmbH, THG Sports, PwC, and PUMA Group. Reepschläger holds a Master of Science in Sports, Business and Law from the University of Bayreuth and a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from the University of Potsdam.
